Why do we limit alerts?
First, an Alert should be a “Call to Action.” It signals something has been triggered that you need to pay attention. Numerous alerts can create excess “noise” and cause you to miss something important.
Second, making sure you receive an alert is VERY important to us. Excess alert emails can cause our communications to be improperly marked as “spam.”
We have dedicated servers and a team of experts keeping an eye on our Spam level, but having a limit is considered “best practice.”
What are my alert limits?
- Plus: 300 alerts
- Premium: 400 alerts
- Lifetime: 400 alerts
